I started my Long Only Hedge Fund 5 years ago with a 1,000 account balance (1k Assets Under Management).
My very first trade was a 0.01 lot long position on a pair I won’t disclose (proprietary information) with no Stop Loss or Take Profit. Stop Losses just get in the way.
Anyway, I had forgotten all about it until the other day when my broker sent me an email to remind me that I had an inactive account with them, so I retrieved my log in details and…logged in to find that my account balance has tripled over the last 5 years.
I’m so chuffed to be among the top 0.05% of traders in the world-wide currency market. I just had a quick look at the indexes and it looks like I’ve even outperformed Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway.
I’m gonna take this excellent track record and start scouting around for 3rd party money.
I really needed that pickup today; I got a postcard from my girlfriend in Spain earlier saying that…"…I…[she]…has better sex on holiday".
