Ok, so im starting out with this FOREX thing and I got sucked into it like a vacuum. Ive downloaded a lot of platforms to start with demo trading, but was wondering what the popular mass uses?
I use IBFX. whaddaya think
A platform and a broker are not the same thing. The most popular platform, by far, is Metatrader 4.
The most popular brokers (at least around here) are Oanda and IBFX.
If you find a broker you like that doesn’t offer Metatrader then just do your charting on an MT4-based broker’s demo account while placing your trades with your broker.
How is that method work? Is just to use the charting tool on mt4?
Isnt your broker supposed to provide a chart tool to download to the platform? Or are you implying that mt4 charts are better?
I ask because I trade with ACM and they just added mt4 platform but I havent used it yet because I think their platform advanced trader is very complete alredy, but I see so many posts about MT4 that im a little curious on what it offers
Just want to know about the charts in MT$ because I use ACMs charts
Thanks!
It’s because Oanda’s spreads and order execution features are great, but their charting is awful.
I just have them open side-by-side on the screen and use them at the same time. Like this…
