Break of structure

Hi

What is the best way/ easiest way of identifying break of structure? And am I right in thinking bos always first appears in the lower timeframes

On any timeframe, just mark your nearest support/resistance, you will see price breakout of the support/resistance. Usually look for a retest and continuation to confirm the direction of the breakout and to get a better entry.

Someone else can probably explain it better though.

Think so because it would be breaking out of some sort of level however if it keeps the same structure it can still break out to the upside in an uptrend
