Hi,

When choosing a broker, Am I limited to the ones regulated by my country’s entity (CMVM) or can I choose any broker regulated by another European country?

when choosing a broker keep cool mind always , please dont take any decision with an emotional state that always beginners do, remember broker can affects the result of your trading with surely.

In some jurisdictions, even if the broker is based in another country, they need authorisation to offer financial services to residents within that jurisdiction. If they don’t get authorisation they could be a scam. Check with your regulator if they need authorisation: maybe you can check their register of authorised brokers.

You can choose a broker regulated in any country of the world and can start trading with it. But always choose a reliable and a broker with good reputation.

what you think , regulated broker are always safe and sounds for all kinds of trader , i have a dispute about this.

i have seen top rating broker deposit is trading spreads too high to choose a broker for new forex traders, its a major problem.

You can choose any broker you like. It also depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for strict regulation, you may use US or AU brokers, but be warned that their trading conditions are not always favorable. offshore regulated brokers are also used by many traders for lower spreads, higher leverage and flexibility of strategy usage. I’ve tried TD and Tenkofx, very good brokers, but both have very different regulation and trading conditions.Your choice.

you should choose the broker which is more appropriate to the concept of trading that will be used , if love doing scalping should choose the broker which allows trading concept such as this.
