I am brand new to forex and I have a question.
Do brokers want you to succeed or do they want you to fail? Which one makes them (more) money?

They want you to just keep trading. Period. So they could care less whether you win or lose, they just don’t want you to go bust and go away.
I knew aperson who is an IB in Dubai who wanted a family member to provide bad technical setups to their customers so they’d lose, that way the broker makes more money.
not saying all broker do that though
Okay, if they want you to keep trading, it would be reasonable to assume that they want you to win. That way you will keep trading. But does you winning mean that the broker loses money?
