Building a Forex training program

Hi

I am halfway through the school of pips summer school and taking it all in day by day.

After I graduate from the SoP I’m going to work through ICT’s New trader thread: (301 Moved Permanently)

From here the next step I am considering is reading Steve Nison’s books on candlesticks to gather a greater understanding of how they operate and how to use them.

What I am really asking is where should I go from here? My philosophy is progressive learning so I am constantly looking for that next step on the staircase.

Thanks for your time

alex elder "come in to my trading room"
alex elder "entries & exits"
alex elder "trading for a living"
and every other book from your local library that deals with the psychology of trading

more than candlesticks, more than support / resistance lines, more than ANY OTHER pixel that’s on the screen in front of you, you will ‘use’ your psychology in every since trade, before you even make it, to some time after you’ve already closed it, and at all points in between.

Thanks, I will give these books a look.

For trading psychology, I highly recommend Trading in the Zone.

Mark Douglas? I have a copy of that I am waiting to read

Find yourself a mentor.

It’s the only way to take the step from part time punter, to full time trader.

The question is, where do you find one?

match.com? lol

Brett Steenberger is a good author, I like him a lot for psychology. Much more than trading in the zone.
