Hi all. Im using metatrader 4 app on my iphone. Have registered with xm and set everything up, buy when i click on a trade i only get 2 options. Chart and details. Theres no option to trade? Just wondering if i am doing something wrong or have i not set up my xm account properly? Or is it just because the markets arent open yet? Cheers! Dan.
Have you check your login details? whether successful login or not?
@argyle89 Hi, you need to check the following, are XM waiting for I.D. from you before they unlock the account, are there sufficient funds in the account,some have implemented the new margin requirements now, while others are saying 1st August, is the account even open, might seem silly stuff, but brokers are more than capable of doing silly stuff.
