Cdf v invest or isa

Hi,i’m new here, just starting understand everything, got something which I can’t find info about it.I know what is the different between cdf and invest but I don’t understand how or if equity on cdf is related to buying a share.

What I mean is for example…Tesla today I have pending order on my isa account to buy when market will open at 1430 (i’m in uk) but looking on cdf whitch already opened at 0930 Tesla is going bearish.
Is this indicate what will happen at 1430 or is not relevant ?

Thanks and sorry if for someone is a stupid question…

US share prices respond mostly to what US banks etc. are doing, so although the price might be falling now, this can change in seconds at 1430hrs. But the big players are probably right and Tesla will probably fall when New York opens.

Almost definitely, the spread on Tesla’s price will increase drastically from what it normally is when the US is in mid-session. The only way to be sure of this is to watch and note the spread as it expands and contracts. A wide spread can mean an order is triggered when the chart will say it should not have been. It will also mean that price will have to move further in your direction in order for you to make the same level of profit.

Assuming you mean CDF not cdf.

As you’re in the UK you might also try out spreadbetting. Start with a demo account.
