Charting with Alerts

Allow me to please ask, can you recommend any freeware charting application (or website) that provides both charting and alerts.

Specifically, I am looking at the Cowabunga trading system so I am keen in getting EMA crossover alerts.

You can use tradingview, maybe less than 3 trading indicator feature is free here!

I second the TradingView recommendation! Also they have Black Friday, Cyber Monday sales (at least for US customers) and you can get the annual plan half off or something!
