Chicken or News Trade system cant be used

hello guys, this is bad new for whoever like to trade news

Dear Client,

The National Futures Association (NFA) has notified its Forex Dealer Members that effective May 15, 2009 it has adopted the hedging portion of Compliance Rule 2-43(b).Forex Dealer Members may not carry offsetting positions in a customer account but must offset them on a first-in, first-out basis. At the customers request, an FDM may offset same-size transactions even if there are older transactions of a different size but must offset the transaction against the oldest transaction of that size.

AFTER MAY 15, 2009 FOREX CLIENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE BOTH LONG AND SHORT THE SAME CURRENCY PAIR IN THE SAME ACCOUNT (HEDGING).

so that’ mean if u wanna use those system you must have 2 account and fast keyboarding skills.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the new NFA Hedging Rule only applies to open, filled-in, active trades. You can’t go long and short on the same currency at the same time, but there are no rules on straddling. You can still select a price to go long at and a price to go short at before a news break, but this requires fast actions on your keyboard. There are also brokers that are not associated with the NFA; FXCM UK is an example of a broker that will still allow hedging after May 15th.

NO big deal buddy ! u can still use OCO for Chicken or News trade system
yes, you were right and i also just check my email, and see that other broker do offer that.
