Climate change is a complete hoax

Thatcher adviser: Copenhagen goal is 1-world government

A Free Press for a Free People

A former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher says the real purpose of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen on Dec. 7-18 is to use global warming hype as a pretext to lay the foundation for a one-world government.

“At the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed,” Lord Christopher Monckton told a Minnesota Free Market Institute audience on Thursday at Bethel University in St. Paul.

“Your president will sign it. Most of the Third World countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regimes from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it,” he told the audience of some 700 attendees.

"I read that treaty and what it says is this: that a world government is going to be created. The word ‘government’ actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity.

“The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to Third World countries, in satisfaction of what is called, coyly, ‘climate debt’ – because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government is enforcement.”

In an hour and a half lecture illustrated by slides featuring scientific data on a wide range of climate issues, Monckton refuted claims made by former Vice President Al Gore in his movie and book entitled “An Inconvenient Truth,” as well as scientific arguments made by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Monckton argued that President Obama will sign the Copenhagen treaty at the December meeting, without seeking a two-thirds ratification of the treaty by the Senate, or any other type of Congressional approval.

“So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free,” he continued. "But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever.

“But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire – it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with the climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to help it.”

Monckton is a well-known critic of the theory of anthropogenic causes for global warming who has argued repeatedly that global warming hysteria is an ideological position of the political Left advanced in the interest of imposing global taxes on the United States in the pursuit of international control of the U.S. economy under a one-world government to be administered by the U.N.

Monckton’s lecture can be viewed online and his slides also can be accessed on the Internet.

Where’s the global warming?

As evidence mounts that the United States is headed toward a cooling cycle that may last decades, global alarmists within the Obama administration remain resolved to push cap-and-trade legislation through Congress on the increasingly dubious theory that man-made carbon emissions are creating global warming.

In what has to be seen as increasingly bad news for global warming alarmists, scientific evidence is mounting that temperatures in the United States have cooled at a rate that would be projected to lower temperatures 7.3 degrees Fahrenheit over the next century.

doesnt global warming includes weird weather like cooling?

in fact who is saying the tuth?
who is lying an who isn’t?

Of course there is going to be a one-world government. This is the natural outcome of technological and social advancement. The formation of a one-world government would absolutely be a positive event. A group of individual bodies must have a central controlling body in order to run. What do you think is the cause of war? The cause is lack of governance over the individual bodies known as countries. Oh, and if climate change is a hoax, then how do you explain the very apparent changes in the global climate. Is climate change not proof of climate change?

Thatcher threw significant amounts of public money at UK universities to “prove the concept of global warming”

Anyone who could solve a differential equation or write a couple of lines of C++ became climate scientists ovenight, and British academics got their snouts very firmly in the trough. The politicians wanted models that proved global warming, and thats what they where given, in spite of heaps of data to the contary.

I believe that an eminent climatologist has even gone so far as issue a lawsuite against Al Gore for deliberately misinterpreting and citing his work incorrectly. The scientest claimed all evidence pointed to global cooling, and Al continues to cites him as claiming global warming. Al in turn has slapped an inunction on the guy to keep him quite. Its a very dirty political game that s being played and thankfully at long last, people are waking up to that fact.

Its a very dirty political game that s being played and thankfully at long last, people are waking up to that fact.

Hahaha…people haven’t got a clue what’s happening. And people don’t care.

It’s all about money…a scam played by The Godfather and his offspring Goldman Sachs …

Gone are Hank Paulson and Neel Kashkari; in their place are Treasury chief of staff Mark Patterson and CFTC chief Gary Gensler, both former Goldmanites. (Gensler was the firm’s co-head of finance.)

And instead of credit derivatives or oil futures or mortgage-backed CDOs, the new game in town, the next bubble, is in carbon credits — a booming trillion- dollar market that barely even exists yet, but will if the Democratic Party that it gave $4,452,585 to in the last election manages to push into existence a groundbreaking new commodities bubble, disguised as an “environmental plan,” called cap-and-trade.

The new carbon-credit market is a virtual repeat of the commodities-market casino that’s been kind to Goldman, except it has one delicious new wrinkle: If the plan goes forward as expected, the rise in prices will be government-mandated.

Goldman won’t even have to rig the game. It will be rigged in advance.

I think you are 100% wrong on the one-world government.

History and human nature both show with great clarity that large empires always break into smaller parts after a while.

Deep seated fear of the unknown (basic human trait)- other people in other cultures, etc - will for the foreseeable future prevent any 1world ideas from becoming reality.

Short history lesson: Egyptian empire, persian empire, greek empire, roman empire, british empire, french empire, soviet union.
On the smaller scale: Yugoslavia, Russia…

I think you see the point. Human brains are still the same as they were 100.000 BC. Primitive, tribal, rasist, afraid and hateful of what is strange to them etc. This is why I’m firmly convinced that large constellations will always fail. Let’s see if the EU can survive during my lifetime. I’m not sure it will. I am sure however that there will not be a world government. The whole idea is not even science fiction (which tends to come true or is at least based on what could possibly happen), it’s fantasy.

Another thing is the fact that the climate has changed in a major way on a regular basis for eons. Fact is that we are now long overdue for a new ice age. I wouldn’t be surprised if what is happening now is simply the preface of the next ice age. Nothing to do with human pollution, just nature.

I do think that humans are poisoning the planet slowly in many ways, but the global warming thing has me doubtful. Then again there are some pretty good arguments to suggest that it may in fact be that humans are causing it. What is needed is more research and solid evidence. That way we could either verify or falsify the issue.

What’s going on now is politicians, countries etc running around in the dark.

The Climate Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia in the U.K. is typically referred to as one of the world’s leading climate research centers.

This institution produces much of the “science” cited by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)
as the basis for their global-warming political agenda.

Last Thursday (November 19) someone hacked into one of the servers at the CRU and stole more than 1,000 internal emails and 3,000 internal documents.

This material was uploaded as a 61MB zip-file to a server in Russia, and from there it was distubuted onto the internet.
It has since gone viral.

The stolen emails and documents show a systematic pattern of data manipulation on the part of the so-called “scientists” studying global-warming at the CRU.

The Director of the CRU has acknowledged that the data posted on the internet was, in fact, stolen from the CRU server;
he stated that the hacked server has been shut down, and the police have been brought in to try to track down the hackers.

He has NOT disputed the authenticity of the posted emails or documents, and he has NOT refuted the allegations that CRU researchers faked some of the global-warming data they published, in order to hide the inconvenient truth that
the planet is, in fact, COOLING.

Some mainstream news media, such as the The New York Times and the The Washington Post, have reported the hacking incident, while downplaying the significance of the stolen material; phrases like “fodder for global-warming deniers” reveal the bias of the mainstream media.

Here are some excerpts from websites and blogs where this story is being discussed:

From the Canada Free Press (canadafreepress.com):

"Global Warming is often called a hoax. I disagree because a hoax has a humorous intent to puncture pomposity. In science, such as with the Piltdown Man hoax, it was done to expose those with fervent but blind belief. The argument that global warming is due to humans, known as the anthropogenic global warming theory (AGW) is a deliberate fraud. I can now make that statement without fear of contradiction because of a remarkable hacking of files that provided not just a smoking gun, but an entire battery of machine guns.

“Someone hacked in to the files of the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) based at the University of East Anglia. A very large file (61 mb) was downloaded and posted to the web. Phil Jones Director of the CRU has acknowledged the files are theirs. They contain papers, documents letters and emails. The latter are the most damaging and contain blunt information about the degree of manipulation of climate science in general and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in particular.”

From James Delingpoles’s blog at the Telegraph (telegraph.co.uk):

"If you own any shares in alternative energy companies I should start dumping them NOW. The conspiracy behind the Anthropogenic Global Warming myth (aka AGW; aka ManBearPig) has been suddenly, brutally and quite deliciously exposed after a hacker broke into the computers at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (aka Hadley CRU) and released 61 megabites of confidential files onto the internet. (Hat tip: Watts Up With That)

"When you read some of those files – including 1079 emails and 72 documents – you realise just why the boffins at Hadley CRU might have preferred to keep them confidential. As Andrew Bolt puts it, this scandal could well be “the greatest in modern science”. These alleged emails – supposedly exchanged by some of the most prominent scientists pushing AGW theory – suggest:

[ul]
[li]“Conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organised resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more.”
[/li][/ul]
From The Washington Post (washingtonpost.com):

"Hackers broke into the electronic files of one of the world’s foremost climate research centers this week and posted an array of e-mails in which prominent scientists engaged in a blunt discussion of global warming research and disparaged climate-change skeptics.

"The skeptics have seized upon e-mails stolen from the Climatic Research Unit of the University of East Anglia in Britain as evidence that scientific data have been rigged to make it appear as if humans are causing global warming. The researchers, however, say the e-mails have been taken out of context and merely reflect an honest exchange of ideas.

"University officials confirmed the data breach, which involves more than 1,000 e-mails and 3,000 documents, but said they could not say how many of the stolen items were authentic. "

Yes, i read that piece of news as well.

I bet Al Gore is having some sleeping problems right about now…

I’ll bet he is, indeed.

He’s been caught photo-shopping some fake hurricanes into photos in his new book.

After he put a big, fake hurricane off the coast of Florida, he failed to notice that he had totally erased Cuba.
Maybe that’s supposed to be Hurricane Fidel, and maybe it blew Cuba completely off the map.

Here’s a webpage with a pic: Not finding any, Gore airbrushes in hurricanes for his new book Watts Up With That?

Priceless!

If I wasn’t so tired I’d be ROFL

Why we have to get rid of this guy, before he plunges the United States, and the world, into a permanent Depression:

Here are 4 paragraphs from an article in FT.com on Obama’s forthcoming stop-over in Copenhagen, on his way to collect his
Mickey Mouse Prize in Oslo, Norway.

President Barack Obama will travel to Copenhagen next month for a much-anticipated global summit on climate change and will offer to reduce the US’s greenhouse gas emissions by 17 per cent from 2005 levels by 2020.

Although the president will not formally be able to commit to the target because Congress will not have mandated it, he is clearly hoping that his pledge will help propel forward efforts to secure a new international climate change agreement.

…The White House said that given Mr Obama’s goal to reduce emissions 83 per cent by 2050, the pending legislation could be expected to institute a 30 per cent reduction below 2005 levels by 2025 and a 42 per cent cut by 2030.

“With less than two weeks to go until the beginning of the Copenhagen conference, it is essential that the countries of the world, led by the major economies, do what it takes to produce a strong, operational agreement that will both launch us on a concerted effort to combat climate change and serve as a stepping stone to a legally binding treaty,” the White House said.

Here’s a link to the article: FT.com / US & Canada - Obama to offer cuts at Copenhagen

We need to prevent “a new international climate change agreement”.

We need to prevent Congressional ratification of “a legally binding treaty”.

And we need to replace the Obama regime.

Al Gore steps outside after delivering another lecture on global warming.

Just kidding. Actually this is a Russian guy in the Siberian city of Omsk.

The Russian guy was overheard saying," Al Gore can kiss my arsky".

I think Cuba was erased on purpose to illustrate the rising ocean level due to the melting polar ice cap which is also absent in the photo. Notice Florida is altered also. Stupid though since Florida is so flat and Cuba is mountainous. Part of Cuba should be showing and Fl. should be submerged.
Along these lines, as an astronomy buff I should mention that the Earth will be uninhabitable in about a half billion years due to changes in the sun. Talk about a heat wave!

(Reuters) - The U.N. climate panel should make predictions only when it has solid evidence and should avoid policy advocacy, scientists said in a report on Monday that called for thorough reform of the body.

The U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was widely criticized after admitting its 2007 global warming report wrongly said Himalayan glaciers would vanish by 2035 and that it overstated how much of the Netherlands is below sea level.

Such firm forecasts should be made “only when there is sufficient evidence,” said a review group supported by the academies of science from the United States, Netherlands, Britain and around 100 other countries…

…Harold Shapiro, a Princeton University professor and chair of the committee that reviewed the IPCC’s work, told reporters one IPCC report “contains many statements that were assigned high confidence but for which there is little evidence.”

Shapiro said the IPCC’s response to errors when they were subsequently revealed was “slow and inadequate.” The errors, he said, “did dent the credibility of the process.”

One thing you never hear about from the global-warming alarmists: Mars is warming at the same rate that Earth is warming.

Applying the logic of the global-warming alarmists, we have to come to the conclusion that:

There are Martians on Mars, and they are causing global warming on their planet.

Trying to build your post count huh?

That’s the point, there is massive propaganda on both sides of the argument as there are too many people with vested interests.
Climate change also covers a timespan that humans find difficult to understand. Think about all the comments like " we had nos now this winter, must be global warming" yet when the snow comes in larger proportions the next year, everyone switches.
I don;t doubt that human society has had a serious effect along the recent way though…

Targeting climate change hoaxes as the key to a one world government is a bit too focused, you have to include financial armageddon as well…
