You must have an account with a broker to trade on the forex markets. This is because we are not simply buying and selling actual currency such as you would get from a bureau de change, we are speculating on the exchange rates between various pairs of currencies.
You need to contact a broker, ask then what conditions you must comply with to open an account in your country or state. Then apply to them for an account. when they have approved your application, they will let you know how much or how little capital you need to deposit into your account with them and how to make the deposit.
Be aware that most brokers will only return funds or profits to the same source bank account, credit care account etc. from which the deposit first came. so you cannot normally put money in from your bank account and then ask the broker to pay profits to your brother.
