I read something that said if you have multiple profiles in an MT4 account, and you have EA’s on each one, the EA’s only work when that profile is open. Is that true? Certainly seems like it to me, as I tested it for a bit, although it is hard to know if the EA was not working or if there were simply no trades that it wanted to make…
Seems dumb, and pointless to have different profiles, if the EA is just sitting there inactive until you open that profile, leaving other EA’s on other profiles therefore not working until you go back to them…
