There is no one set strategy. Unfortunately it is not as simple as that.

There are many. Unfortunately, there is no “best strategy”. Discovering what works for you is the part which requires majority of the hard work involving understanding the market.
It is very difficult to say that there is a certain strategy. In general, I would not advise you to look for strategies in people’s behavior)
