wondering wether its worth trying as i find i get more stressed than i realized when trading which is an unhealthy way to be
Well i mostly do that at the beginning of every week but my daily meditation isn’t consistent like my weekly one.
Meditation is helpful for stress before trading or after losing trade. I prefer daily meditation. It drastically reduces my stress.
Some people do. I think it’s worth trying it, you certainly lose nothing if you do.
I’m sure meditation would be extremely beneficial.
I have tried but like self hypnosis, I just keep thinking about what is happening and I don’t get into it.
Have you tried smoking ? I find smoking to be a very soothing stress reliever.

I’ve found meditating in the morning and before bed has been a great overall improvement on my general well-being. Id say it would be hard to gauge whether or not it’s helped my trading, but it does help with turning the work switch off at the end of the day.
