Does It make Sense

Guys I need a quick help here,

Does it make sense you are being stopped out of a trade when you are going short when the price has actually never reached there.
in simpler terms I was going short on eurchfm, before I had the opportunity to adjust my stop the trade was closed by the broker 8 points below my SL.
when I called them they told me they have to look in to it and check what was the ask price at the time not the bid price and was telling me that if you are going short you will be kicked out at your ask price not the one showing on your SL. btw the ask price at the time was 10 points.
guys let me know if it’s true or they are just trying to scam me here.

one thing you can check was the spread at the time and the stop loss you were using at time of entry… sometimes we do not set the stop loss appropriately for the spread.

anyway thats a shame if it represented some pips in your pocket. Ti never happened in a demo account, actually it was in a demo account?

Hi Guys:
It happened because you are in a Bishop market, and the brokers sometimes put their interest in the market, and magically the close or dont close the orders in agree with their investments. This is not normal in the market, dont be aware.

Have you talked with your broker? Maybe it’s something about execution I used to have the same problem and it happened to be a Java trouble. Anyway, I had to go with another broker.
