S&P 500 again closer to 1980-1990 levels… watch out for these levels…
these levels are very 1990 important for the Big Bulls… who were cornered by bears from last 6 weeks…

My view is 75% - there will be no change or 25% 0.10% hike…
Dow had a good run today… resistance will be again around 16700 range…
Above 16700, we can expect 250-350 points jump, bang bang
