Hi
just a quick question I am on demo at moment just trying to get to grips with it
if you use a EA and it is automated and it has preprogrammed stops etc that I am happy with ( these will be with the EA program )
do you leave the metatrader running and it will iniatiate the trade when it hits the targets is that correct.
does the meta trader need to be left on ?

Yes, MetaTrader must be on for the EA to work. If you turn it off, your EA will not function and may restart your trade when you turn MetaTrader back on. It’s happened to others, but depends on what the EA is designed to do.
