Is the Dax 30 easy to trade? I was planning on following but was’nt sure how reliable news and analysis is on the internet.
Quite hard to answer, in abstract.
I’d say that for most people, it’s just slightly more difficult, overall, than most of the major currency pairs, because it’s usually more volatile.
A good thing to trade, though, in my opinion.
Very unreliable and confusing, usually. But that’s a good thing. It makes it easier to out-perform all the people who try to trade it by looking at online news and analysis. 
Why do you ask? Why does the Dax potentially appeal to you?

Since the DAX 30 is simply a German index, it’s covered widely by major news sources like Bloomberg, etc. so not sure why you’re worried about.
Why the DAX though? If you’re going to trade an index, why not one of the US equity indices?
