Does a real ECN broker exist?

Hi guys, all I am tirelessly looking for is a real ecn broker that will not try and scam me. With this I intend that their LPs are fair and are not the sister company. Does and ECN broker exist? Just a normal DMA/STP/ECN broker. I heard about dukascopy but they apparently take the ther side of your trade. Brokers such as interactive brokers have a min deposit of 10k which is too much. 5k would already be the limit. Please let me know, I do not trust ctrader as their LPs are dodgy as hell (in my …
