For me, Philip morris’s comments were making sense but first of all the “bounce back deposit” should not happen at all and Edgar take too long to settle this problem. If Edgar is not scam, i will still quoted Edgar as a lousy company with lousy system and lousy management.
Anyway, although i yet to receive the money, it’s a little improvement as i can see Edgar is updating my account and hope Edgar will take a further step to process the payment. Well, besides “hope”, i also cannot do anything.
Any comment regarding if Edgar/Andy is opening a new company with intention to close Edgar, why trading still going on without accepting new investors and why they still updating my account?

For this question, you have to wait for MasterAsia’s response because that is his opinion. Its OK to speculate, its just opinion. Don’t worry, he will tell you, just like he is still waiting to tell me something, not sure what exactly, something about our trading discussion. 
OK folks, here is the way I see it.
There are essentially at least 3 groups of people here. We can talk more about sub-groups also. OK, group one consists of people who are against any kind of “non-standard” form of investment, these people have (and always will) voiced their opinion from day one, the start of any thread. These are people like “ytlpowr”, “bestwishes”, “mark1970”, and others I couldn’t be bothered checking anymore. The interesting thing is that these people do not have a legitimate case between themselves and Edgar because they never opened an account with Edgar. However, it doesn’t mean that they cannot help those Edgar investors trying to get out.
Group two consists of Edgar investors, maybe we can include Edgar staff, and others waiting for the crisis to end, for normal operations to continue, then become investors in the future. The interesting thing is that these people will always say positive things about Edgar because they don’t want to be blacklisted by Edgar.
Group three consists of Edgar investors who have had enough. Who wants to get out now no matter what, who don’t mind taken any action (eg. legal etc) to recover all their investment, and as a result, will be blacklisted by Edgar of course. The problem is, these people in group three are hard to find. Hence, we have this stalemate here. Not many people want to cross over here, that is the biggest problem. If there are, then there is something to talk about further, maybe these are the only people who can help everyone else.
So we have these people from group one making a lot of noise, & since they are not directly involved, trying their hardest to get people to switch from group 2 to 3. I remember MasterAsia has many friends invested with Edgar, but do you have an account with Edgar yourself?
The truth is, I know where these group one people stand from day one, and due to our fundamental difference in belief (like religion), there is no point in me talking with them. Also, everyone is hiding behind their screen name, so what have I got to lose? I’m also hiding behind my screen name. So, before I talk to someone, please identify which group you come from.
& I remember one post which said that come March, with no more new investor, if everyone can get all their withdrawal plus all the profit made in this “blackout” period, then it will be a different story, fingers crossed.
If everyone is hiding behind the screen name then how could Edgar blacklist the investors and don’t let them invest again as claimed by AllenYeow in his earlier post.?
Do you think Edgar has the expertise to track on the authentication…
By now, we should all agreed that no point pressing Edgar at tis moment and wait for the outcome in March… Let Edgar staff focus on what they are supposed to do on the remedies…Apparently, the management of Edgar is pretty weak and inexperienced with all these hiccups encountered and yet do not know how to resolve them. ( this applies if Edgar is not a scam )
I believe almost everybody that read this forum has something connected with Edgar, my friends have invested abit into Edgar and have been trying to get their money out. So you could say I am trying to pressure Edgar to prove me wrong.
Edgar have been silent all these times with agents or those supporting them, unable to produce evidence that Edgar is doing the right thing.
I still cannot understand the hold-up for payment … how bad can the queue be ?? Unless of course Edgar’s admin can process 1 payment withdrawal per day only.
My friend had the a payment ref about 19---- now, working on maths. Edgar have been in operations for close to 2 years now. And lets bring the payment number to 22000 just for the sake of it. That is an average of only 30 withdrawal per day for the last 2 years… seriously that is not a lot of transactions.
It really makes you wonder. Can it be that bad and long or simply they have no money.
I suppose lets cut out the mumbo jumbo and Andy or Henry… at the end of the day… people simple want to be able to get their money.
So go ask your agent why its taking soooooooooo loonnnnnnggggg

Who knows? Maybe Edgar staff still on extended Christmas New Year holidays? They need extra time to spend trading profit? It has been a good year for Edgar, wouldn’t you agree? They must be busy.
Only sad people with no more money spend Christmas New Year nothing to do, but just waiting for news and speculating about unknown and future on babypips.

you mean you trade your own account using EDGAR or what??? not clear…
Try using Bollinger Bands + ZigZag + SMA50, it should give you a pretty good picture of where things are going before you enter a trade.
The rest is up to you…

Thanks for your analysis in this thread. You have classified the people who follow this thread to 3 different group. And of course I saw my name listed on Group #1, and I truly have no comment on your classification. However, I think you and me need to agree that 80% of the people who follow this thread have not receive their withdrawal yet in at least more than 1 month. As I start to comment on this thread back to July, I already alleged people to withdraw their money asap before bubble get break, and of course provided analysis why Edgar is not a real financial investment company. Now, you can see what I was predicted back to July 2010. I think other commentors like the one you listed on Group #1 were honestly to spend their time to provide advise, but what is the point that Edgar’s investor and client not listen the advise from bottom of the heart of Group #1 commentors.
I am truly believed that Group #1 people still have some options to help investors and client for now. However, investors and clients were choose to wait and hope, and even choose to be the ‘chosen and lucky one’. So, what can we do? I was even risked to be close account by the forum organizer back to Page #40+ and call out to form a some sort of meeting to help investors and clients. Do anyone respond to me? Only one! Please check!
So, do we still want to criticize people who provide opinion behind the mirror? Come on, what do you expect from us? Don’t always take it as grant it. Investors and client need to jump over their barrier at the first point. I know a lot people will agree what I am saying here. Thanks.
