As many of you know
etoro.com owned by Yoni Assia recently automatically closed all of their customers EOS positions !
This was a bug in their system.
They havent refunded anyone their money !
They gave back the spread fees which was not enough!
The media is going crazy and some even saying that Etoro is exit scamming and that it cant be trusted due to this.
Is there any legal steps one could take ?
