Does anyone know which is the better Expert Advisor for scalping or if it is available for free ?
I need your help. what i mean an expert advisor that can make 10 to 15 pips within some minutes.

You can get more than 15pips and up to 75pips minute 15 minute if you open in range time 15.45pm to 16.00 for broker server time. I just tried this a few time for EURUSD, USDJPY and EURJPY. But the problem is that you will take right position either to BUY or SELL to open the post at that hour? If you open right then you will smile for more pips you get. But if you wrong you account will drain in a few minute. I also tried to find out any ea that possible to catch the market as per said above and open a right post. But until now did not get it.
Hi, unfortunately this EA does not exist. If there was an EA producing the profits you mentioned, it wouldn’t cost $99.
There are not too many guarantees in the market… the problem of drawdown is always available… and that is why there are very few ea’s that are reliable…
