This is my forst post here at BabyPips. Hope you all are doing well.
I am new at Trading. Was introduced to it by one of my business partners that mentioned babypips as a forum to start with. My background is in e-commere (Amazon Seller) and that is how I make a living right now but I wanted to diversify and this is why I am here.

Welcome. My advise is to go through the entire course here. The humor can be a bit distracting, but be patient. These guys put a lot of work into the site. Just do yourself a favor. If you get tempted to shortcut and take an online “course” instead, stop yourself immediately. Take the money you were going to spend and use it to buy trading books on Amazon.

Welcome to the world of forex.
Take the chapters very seriously and study it thoroughly.
May take up to 1-2 years to get everything inside your head.
Then practice demo for a period of atleast 1 year before you actually plan to start real trading.

Hello, welcome to the Babypips forum! I too recommend going through the Babypips School, you can learn a lot from there.
Babypip school is the best way to start learning from very basic to advance with their easy learning tutorials. You should start with babypips so that you can also ask your doubts in the forum too.
Also, apart from the trading school on Babypips, I recommend taking some - or all, if you have the time and energy and inclination to do so - of the trading quizzes that are available here to test your knowledge. I’ve discovered that doing so really helps me remember things that I had trouble remembering before.
You are doomed, abandon all hope, give up before it’s too late. Hehehe

So, quoting Winthorpe, “Nothing you have ever experienced will prepare you for the absolute carnage you are about to witness”. This is a different beast, it takes time, patience, and self discipline. Did I mention self discipline.

welcome. If I had any advice it would be don’t give up. It will get difficult at some point but if you hang in there and don’t give up, forex can be very lucrative.
