It’s a standard function in MT4. In the terminal window, click the ‘Alerts’ tab. Then right-click your mouse in the white space and select ‘Create’. Fill in your level, currency pair etc in the alert editor that pops up.

I faced this problem with screenshots in another thread. So far I haven’t found a way to make them appear bigger. But you can download the images and open them with an appropriate program where you can zoom in&out as much as you want.
