Forex instrument was temporary unavailable with my broker

I’m testing with a demo account on Dukascopy EU. I have noticed that for the last several hours, the USD/ZAR instrument was unavailable for trading. What does it tells about the broker?

I noticed a bar that was all the way to the left.
What does this means? Bid/Ask not balanced?
