I’m going to install the Alpari MT4 just so that I can read their live account - they publish the investor login if you’re a ‘member’. In fact the member login is the same for everyone, no username required.
EDIT - I’ve looked at the account and it looks like it has been used to test other bots but many of the MD trades look familiar. Excel time for me I think. Regarding the jump on 1st March, it sold @ 1.35696 23:27 and closed at 1.35596, 0.74 lots. The account does have aggressive, recovery, and GMT offset 2, with that crazy 0.75 risk.
Had 0.1 pips on my Alpari and 0.6 on my FxPro… (where MD took the trade a lil later)
well, every green pip is welcome to me (If you consider how far this trade was in the reds…)
But sure hope for some “real” winning trades again soon
strange… means we had a spread of 11 !! pips at that time… or what is it telling us?
My Iam FX had a similar log… just before it placed the trade then
2010.03.09 22:59:54 MegaDroid EURUSD,H1: Strategy2: Safe spread limit exceeded: spread = 73
some minutes later… it worked
2010.03.09 23:09:55 MegaDroid EURUSD,H1: open #7656213 sell 0.40 EURUSD at 1.36053 ok
2010.03.09 23:09:56 MegaDroid EURUSD,H1: modify #7656213 sell 0.40 EURUSD at 1.36053 sl: 1.36659 tp: 1.35903 ok
My settings are set at 0.15. It bought .2 lots. I do have it set for recovery and aggressive, but I did make $15 the last 2 nights. So far, 8 wins, 1 lost ( at $40) so it has takend the week to come back to break even. But it had already recovered and this was a normal trade. This is only a $300 start up account.

Is anyone going to be making GMT time changes next sunday when the Clock springs forward? Im hoping my GMT on auto will keep me in the right time slot.
I am using 80% risk, too. Consider 80% risk on 300 USD account is the same amount as 8% (0.08) on 3000 USD. And 163% on 300 USD gains the same amount as 16.3% on 3000 USD. I can’t see difference. We put some money comfortable for us into risky Forex market and take some profit or loss
You have a very good point from a cash growth perspective, but it would not be a fair display of the bots performance with decent risk management to say you made 163% instead of 16.3% without declaring the risk, no?
