i fear for you guys who are trading this live.
What youāre missing is that it increases lots at an unacceptable rate. You will eventually blow your account with this terrible fusion robot.
I have to agree Marcus. From what I have read thus far, this bot needs serious evaluation and has to be kept on a very tight leash.
KK
There is plenty of time to evaluate this and there seems to be enough buyers willing to contribute for the rest of us to make a more informed decision. If it was a good decision to buy now, it will still make sense in a few months time and vice versa.
The Fusion robot is not itself a Martingale strategy. It has one component which I didnāt know about before that employs that kind of strategy and for some people that wouldnāt be suitable. But as others have stated, components can be disabled.
To fxtrade, zenglen and other buyers. I think it is fair to say that the majority of readers of this thread are interested, open-minded and receptive to evaluating and learning more about these bots.
We can only do this with your help.
I would urge you to continue to posts your findings, good or bad, and not to be discouraged or embarrased to post by those who have made up their minds. If the Fusion is weaker than the sum of itās parts, then so be it. However, without further exploration any merits that these bots have will not be realised.

Hey, I really appreciate you guys Kkeegan and codemeister, for reaching out, & being helpful.
Iām new to forex trading and honestly, I donāt really want to become an expert. I mean, have seen how crazy the math gets?
I purchased the FRWC stuff for a few reasons:
- I work as a consultant with freelancers (designers, web developers, & writers) who work at home, and like to share profitable investments with them that I use myself and really work.
- I checked with a marketing buddy of mine who sells forex products and he said that the FRWC was on the up & up. (This is the main reason I was willing to give it a try. It wasnāt so much their marketing. Although, I give them a hat tip for attempting to match their marketing approach to a highly skeptical market.)
- I figure, if I drop $10,000 into a live account and can win $1000 - $2000 in profit a month without having to spend more than an hour or two a week fussing with the robot. Itāll be worth itā¦ Is that an unrealistic expectation from an EA?
BTW: FusionV is back in action today (monday), and is on the right side of several really good trades. I was a little concerned with last weekās performance (even though it ended up profitable) because of the large losses.
Settings change: FRWC is sharing results on another live account with more conservative settings. Instead of running the higher risk settings that I found from their strategy test page for FusionV, which was my plan for the next two weeks; Iām going to use the same settings as their live account to make it a little easier to see if things are lining up.
I wish theyād just provide us with the settings they used to get the 352% return. I know theyāre probably āsuicidalā settings that they just used to get some nice big āshock and aweā numbers for their marketing agenda, but I donāt think Iām the only one who wants to see if the robot can really pull it off.
Iād also like to know the answer to these questions please.
Best Regards,
Matt Jones .
Just wanted to provide a few comments on your latest posting.
First of all, thanks for providing info on the Fusion bot and I hope you continue.
I think your friend who recommended FRWC may have been a little optimistic. The organization has only existed since Sep 2009 and this is their first sales of a product, so they donāt have a track record. The thing I have noticed about them is they continually make promises they canāt keep like having the Fusion bot installed and running 5 minutes after payment is received. Some of that is to be expected while they are startup mode, but they really need to dial back on the hype and be more realistic or they will destroy their credibility.
I think the major concern with last weekās results was the discrepancy between some buyers results and the beta testerās results. It is very hard to understand. Some buyers made more than 6% and others made less than 2. Meanwhile the beta testers made something like 30%.
As for the settings of the live test in Jan, I was under the impression that info was available to buyers in the members EA Lab. Or maybe that was more hype.
As far as the expected return of $1000/month I think it depends. Their backtesting for the past 18 months made more than that on a $5000 account. However the previous 6 months to that (Jan - June 2008) was breakeven. Market conditions were distinctly different in the 2 periods. The bottom line is, nobody can predict what the future performance will be based on the past and you have to accept a certain amount of risk and effort to get the reward.
Iāve continued to review the settings and testing fusion. There is a setting " CloseByGlobalEquity=X(%)" . When the account equity reaches āxā percentage(profit) for the day, all positions are closed for the day. Since fusion is itself several robots put together(multi-strategy) with each robot using several strategies, I think it would be wise to use this setting like FRWC recommends in the manual. The default is 0 so it keeps opening and closing trades. I will certainly change this default setting as well, otherwise this thing will be opening trades left and right 24/5, creating a BIG negative floating loss. So, Iāll trade with mostly default setting, just some minor changes to the settings to fit my style. Is anyone here trading fusion live already?
Guys i just wanted to let you know I am watching this thread closely. I am interested in anyone who has bought this package to continue to post there results. I have decided that I donāt wish to fall for any slick marketing and wait to see what real results get posted.
In the one hand it is better for me coz I donāt waste my money but in the other hand I donāt get to contribute to this thread in a real meaningful way only to say thank you to those who are contributing and keep it coming.
Thanks, John
Hello Buddy IVe been watching Robot World cup for sometime now even when they werent on sale and still trading live. LMD Multicurrency Looks like the best robot they have there even considering the large drawdowns. Their Initial deposits were only 1,000US and over 3 months made 850$ net profit so it seems quite decent. I know for a fact that u will only be paying a onetime fee of 1,104 Canadian or 1,000US. and when u pay that fee u have access to their website and all their options help Contact over the phone help and, Not just One Robot But their Top five Robots including The one Called Fusion Where they put together all five robots to make Fusion Five. I have a couple questions If u wouldnt mind answering it or anybody else that has input on The Robot World Cup. What DO You personally Think about it Considering when there is a slight change in the market there is no Update for the robots Please Give me all your input Thank you for your time and patience Signed Skylar:):o
I have to agree with the comment about over hyping - something this good can stand on its own.
Hello all,
I agree, the best ea is the lmd-multicurrency. When trading fusion I will disable all other robots in fusion and only trade lmd along with straasha, all others disabled, hirider first of all. Iāll also disable some of the pairs that lmd trades, and Iāll also make some changes to straasha. Definitely will be trading fixed lots. Iām sure that if I trade fusion live on my account as is, I wouldnāt be able to sleep at all
I am currently running a demo account with fusion(only lmd+straasha enabled with my preferred settings) + cobaltFX + Nutcracker. Iāve obtained far better results this way. Iāll see how it goes.
Prosperous regards
If you see their live account with āconservativeā settings, they got 30% profit in 20 days, and an open trades profit of -30%ā¦ so, equity = -1% in 20 daysā¦ pretty bad.
Question, why not hirider? looks very stable during the competitionā¦
Other question, would you be so kind to share your settings?
Thnks!
During the 19 day live trading in Jan the minimum lot size was .1 on an initial account size of $1000. In the beta testing that started on Feb 4, the lot size has been steadily increasing. It started at around .45 on a $10,000 initial account size and is now around .6. The FRWC recommended lot size is .01 per $1000 of equity which they ignored for both of these.
It seems HiRider violates the intent of this setting when it opens multiple trades (up to 10) at almost the same price. Shouldnāt the maximum number of trades for it be 1 for conservative trading? I noticed on the beta testing they dialed back the lot size for HiRider to .1 at the beginning and it is now .3. It still puts more money at risk when it trades than the others.
If you read my earlier posting on the 2 year backtesting, I raised the same concern as you. FWRC is supposedly addressing that by letting members access the lab which has live accounts trading constantly and where they will be tweaking the settings. My guess is that they will usually be 2 or 3 months behind the market. What I mean by that is they will detect market conditions have changed and put together a new set of parameters, test those, tweak them and then recommend them. By that time the market could have changed once more. After a while, most people will tire of that and leave the settings alone.
I pretty much described them before, but Iām still making changes and testing so nothing definite, Iāll post what I do when I trade live and what Iāll use and my results.
The reason Iām not trading hirider I believe CodeMeister said it before ā¦" its Risk/Reward ratio is 10:1 which means it needs a 90% win rate to break even. " My demo accounts with it running now have had a huge floating loss since last week due to hirider.
FRWC - Forex Robots Worst Crap, thatās what it is. 1000$ for what??? Thatās pure marketing, not good robots. 350% in 20 days:D The brokers should have fever right now, guess what - itās not that simple. The longest forward test is of the allready commercial FRWC robots is 20 days, is this enough for you to throw 1k through the window? Not for me. I keep asking myself if itās so perfect why do they sell it? Itās a money making machine right? No itās not, itās just some EAās which got lucky for 2 months and waiting to explode with huge losses. If HiRides hits SL - 10x210 pips = 2100 pips, wow, some of us are trading real accounts, not demo. Nobody with real money would accept that risk.
