There is no such thing in this world as free lunch and whoever is claiming to provide you something for free is probably lying because it is either marketing hook or scam. No one is noble enough to provide their expertise and services for free if they really have worked hard for it and not steal it from somebody else.

and yes, live support (contact or chat) is available for the demo account, Elliotjohn. you can always google whatever you do not know, but sometimes the too much information is quite harmful - btw, if you wait for forums to get answers like this here, man you are so not on the right track.
