Fundamental VS Technical currencies

I’ve been trading on a demo-account for a while and have read about some KISS-plans and I only get more and more questions the more I learn. Which of course, is a good sign.

I suppose there are different currencies which you prefer depending on if you’re a technical or a fundamental-trader.

It seems that technical traders prefer the EUR/USD and GPB/USD. Are theese pairs usually sticking to a more “logical” pattern?

To you experiened traders I have two more questions.

  1. Are you a technical, fundamental or “mixed” trader? (If mixed type for eg. 70% tech 30% fund)

  2. Which pair do you prefer, and why?

Thanks

This question has been asked & answered elsewhere on the forums
so I will not embellish this answer too much.

As a rounded trader ones needs to appreciate both TA & fundementals.
All the TA ain’t worth squat if you place the trade 10 mins before a
major news item.

Therefore whichever analysis you are drawn to; be it TA or fundamental,
try to get an appreciation for the other one.

Saw the superbowl result DD, guess you are having a beer or 2 at your local!

Well I would have been but as you know it went all
the way to the wire, which meant it was 3.30am Monday
morning when it finished here in the UK, so I will leave the
celebrations until next weekend.

But what a game, they are calling it the best superbowl
ever, the best anyway of the three Giant’s superbowl wins
so far for me, because they were so many people’s rank
outsiders. It was so unexpected.

Of course tainted slightly by England’s abysmal result against
Wales in the six nation’s rugby championship. :frowning:
