hello i have just got a job working on an interbank desk as a dealer
however i have no experience in fx and or trading
the experienced dealers seem super busy during teh day and i dont want to waste ther time
what questions do you people think i should be asking them to gain useful informaiton to help me in my quest

Is there training involved? What kinds of qualifications does one need to work as an interbank dealer? I’m just curious and surprised they would hire someone with no experience in the field.
no training involved thats the problem
the reason they hired me is bc i have a sick connect
and no im not from malayasia im from usa but working in india since usa is a mess right now for finance jobs
also working on the interbank desk i have noticed that the role is not that hard…altho it is very fast faced…all the basic skills that are needed are entering a few things into a computer, picking up a phone and negotiating a deal, and making sure the market stays liquid
