I have been trading demo for six months now and am interested to open a live account with a small amount (few hundred dollars). I plan to use EA for my trades and have been quite comfortable coding using MQL for MT4. Hence, I am looking for a MT4 broker that allows minimum sum account with tight pip spreads.
I stumble upon this broker FXOpen that offers a minimum sum of $1 to open an account. However, I have not heard anybody using this broker, and whether they are legit and trustable broker? Can anybody share their experience using this broker? If not, any other MT4 broker offers minimum amount for account opening and tight pip spreads?
actually, it haven’t been long that i started live with them, besides with the little experience i’ve had with them i think they are worthy to be traded with.

So far have you encountered any bad experience with them? Have you managed to do any withdrawal without any issue? I feel it is a pity that they do not offer any demo account since you would not be able to “feel” how it is like trading with them without first paying a certain amount of money.

Thanks for the precaution. The reason why I was interested with them is because of the minimum sum of $1. I hoped that I could try out trading live with very minimal sum to see if I am comfortable with how they work. But they do not offer demo account, which I feel is very strange.
Coincidentally, I just tried out Alpari demo trading yesterday and so far everything about them looks good. I am now leaning towards Alpari as compared to FXOpen :).
i just started newly with them, besides i haven’t done any withrawal yet, but hoping to do soon. secondly, i’ve demo traded with there mt4 platform for months. i think you have to carefully go through there site, you will see a tab(download trading terminal), click for the download and run the software after the download, on the process a form will be presented at which you will choose the type of acct you want(demo), acct size, leverage e.t.c. make sure that your internet link is active for the registration of the demo acct. hope this helps.

Well, I’ve made a couple of deposits and 1 withdrawal with them. So far so good. I placed a withdrawal and they deposited it my account in like 20 minutes. I also like their tight spreads, some of the best I’ve seen…even better than Alpari. Also, for the person who says they don’t have a demo account…yes they do, you just have to download their Metatrader software and sign up for one. If they keep this up, they should be up there with the big boys. I just don’t understand about them being regulated but if they’re not, who cares…as long as they get the job done…
