Going offshore to escape the CFTC

Hello,
LiteForex is an offshore company, which means that it is not under CFTC regulation. In turn CFTC has no authority over individual traders who trade through offshore companies. So CFTC regulations cannot affect US based clients of LiteForex.

So it appears you can add LiteForex to the list of offshore brokers who will accept US clients.
