Hi everyone,
Got a question about signals on MT 4. Signals.
Do I need to be logged in with my Mt4 to my broker to get copied in
OR is it just slower if I am not logged in ??
Ref Zulu trade - tried to open a live account thru aaa fx as they own zulutrade.
Got told I already had an account.
Then got some emails from same - giving me some check and basically claiming I was an idiot
… So kind of gave up on them after that.
SO - who knows about the MT 4. signals
( realise this is a Zulu thread … But figured you guys would of looked into it )
aaafx is a collaborating broker of zulutrade, nobody owns anybody, two different companies and entities.
So, how are you trading on zulutrade? following or copying signals?
ZuluTrade is a good place for someone who to want use signal providers . Executions are so well and fast and there is no important problem .
But when you use ZuluTrade you should obey the rules that guides it.But I think the most problems of ZuluTrade is Fixed Lot Size for followers which limit providers and followers . It is the reason why some providers decide to give up ZuluTrade and prefer to manage their clients account themselves .
ZuluTrade is good and trustable if you chose signals providers wisely .
I think you have mixed kinda the two different users entities on zulutrade - being a follower is different from being a trader. I think the ‘laws’ you mentions are strictly executed to traders that have more risky taste - e.g. scalpers that open more than 10-15 trades simultaneously. (simply an example)…i mean no follower on zulutrade would like to have that type of an execution. Regardless, zulutrade is a good place for both followers and traders - meaning if one is a good trader he will know how to alter the strategy and make some decent trading
great thread, you 2 were very active. It has been a time since the thread was created and the list of providers was given. I read the whole thread today and checked the Signal Providers. It is great to check them now because at the moment of suggestion they looked great, however time has shown that most of them only chased their luck.
I think only the following providers “survived” the time and are “ok” or “good” traders from your list of the last 105 comments: SteadyCapture, Eustar, for33 and S.InvestmentFX. I personally like for33 the most.
Now the question is: what is your experience after a year? Can you suggest Zulutrade or not really? Top traders or oders? If you can suggest, who are your top pics? Are you making money?
I registered an account, I am really interested how this whole thing works. Can you suggest some good settings? I basically do not know much about it but I was shocked that Eddy wrote often to set stop losses! Is it not like that, that the Signal Provider does everything? I have to set stop loss and profit target on my own? And the same with lot size. How is it going? Can I predetermine my lot sizes to use always the same or how is it going? What are your tipps for someone to start it? Are there favorite settings?
Can I write on babypips a private message for you 2? I am not sure how the mailing system here works.
I am currently trying out zulu trade and registeres to zulu4me but I did not get a return email from them for an account…
so I am currently stuck… in the meantime can anyone give me any setting or something?
can you please tell what is important to pay attention by a follower account? What are the important settings? What do I have to pay attention in case I would like to open an account? What is your experience?
In full discloser I’m a signal provider for zulu trade.
Based off what I have seen, I will say be very careful in following signal providers. They will burn through your money very fast because they have no idea what they are doing.
However, these people will try to convince you that they have a clue, but I’ve always been of the mindset let your results speak for it self.
For me … If the SP has max trades of 30 !
Well then - the joker likes to average into a losing position and hope things come good.
When they do this … All in the same pair - with a SL miles away
Then it’s a red or black bet and should be avoided.

Against losing positions you can simply be zuluguard-ed, or simply get a stop/losses on your trades or limit the number followed. So Jmack, who are you following anybody worth it?
The way all these providers work is when they have a losing position, they then start to martingale their trades. Why is this bad? Because this increases the odds of blowing up your account.
I opened an account there to prove what real trading is about.
your stats are impressive but you have a small history only. Keep up the good work. A suggession: the best marketing for yourself is not definitely hating all others and only think that noone is better than you or noone is good at all. If you do not respect anyone, you will not go far on the road.
I made a change in my providers, say what you think.
New Signal Providers:
Widow System
SwissRunner
Fibotradingchris
These people are not trading much but seem to be very reliable.
On the other hand I maximised the trade numbers for Bird_65 for a number of 3. I looked deeply in his statistics. He is winning a lot but is a great danger I guess. What do you think about him? I put a tight Zuluguard on him as well.
Nah, was not trying to put anyone down, just trying to help.
I’ve been in this game for a long time, and after awhile you get tired of hearing all the lies and B.S. I could tell you some crazy stories about this business, from the so called mentors, to the get rich quick gimmicks.
The reason I opened an account on zulu was to prove what is possible, if people don’t follow me that is just fine.
