Has anyone here using OANDA broker?

Hello guys? I’m Gani from The Philippines. I’m started trading forex since March of 2020. My broker is OANDA (what do you of OANDA, because other traders says that OANDA is a bad broker?). HAPPY TRADING TO ALL OF US!

I’m from Canada and have been using OANDA for over 3 years with no issues. However, they are regulated here so they must adhere to all the countries FX laws.

I don’t think they are regulated in PH, so you might need to do some more research:

If you find any red flags then you can always look for a broker that’s regulated in your country.

I will also add that over 70% of people lose money trading Forex, and many of these people will blame the broker and give them a bad review. So, I would look more at what people are saying about their customer support and withdrawal processes. Can people reach them with issues? Are people having problems withdrawing funds? Stuff like that.

Good luck.

Nothing wrong with Oanda, I have used them in the past. The regulations changed in my country though which limited the amount of leverage I was able to get from them. I went for an off-shore global provider instead (CedarFX) and it has actually worked out better for me, as I can access way more assets to trade and conditions are better. Either is fine though depending on your personal requirements. I had a good experience with both in terms of customer service and reliability.
