Not sure where else to post this - there isn’t a “how to MT4” section…
I’m trying to disable an alert sound on my MT4 which doesn’t exist anymore.
That .wav file isn’t on my computer, but it’s “locked in” for some reason onto the MT4 in question
Every time I try to simply change the alert .wav sound - it reverts automatically back to the .wav sound WHICH DOESN’T EVEN EXIST
No clue how to override and fix this. Anyone with more technical knowledge feel free to point me in the right direction
I now how to find Sounds, how to enable/disable Events, etc. That’s not the issue.
It’s this .wav that isn’t around anymore, but the MT4 insists it is and won’t let me change it.
Thinking I need to uninstall and reinstall the platform? (which I REALLY don’t want to go through just for a sound)
