My name is Danny and I live with my wife in Brisbane, Australia. We are both going through the Babypips school, and both of us have just finished pre-school. Seems strange to say that when both of us are now in our 50’s. In fact, I’ll be turning 60 this year. Neither one of us has had any experience with FX, nor with any other finance/investment ventures. My wife has a diploma in business, but only recently gained. I had been a librarian and teacher, although not in business related areas. (my qualifications are in education, history, IT and even music) I’m on a pension and my wife has serious back complications. We became interested in FX trading through a friend, and we thought it may be an opportunity to make some part-time money for my wife. I already know enough that it’s not going to be easy, and that a good background knowledge in economics, finance and particularly the FX market is required. That’s why we’re both very grateful to the people involved in setting up the Babypips website, school and forum. Wishing you all the best. Danny.
Hi Danny. It must be great to have someone to work with. The babypips school sure is a great place to start. Let us know how you feel about it once you get a bit further through the course. Good luck !
