Hello From The Rocket City!

I’m on a mission to be an outlier and the Forex Marketplace. Too many books tell us what to do how to trade and how not to trade.

While some of what they say may be well needed advice and must be followed, most of what they say is said because they themselves couldn’t do it.

A lot of people say you can’t build a small account. Well if you listen to the interview for Chris Capre you will learn that he started with 3k and built his account 83k in 6 months.

Since I can’t post links here yet Google “Trading Heros Interviews Chris Capre” and you should find it.

As far as I’m concerned that is far from what these books and so called major traders say. And I’m on a mission to do the same.

I’m here to encourage all of you to become great traders, practice hard, and be willing to do what it takes.

And most of all “THINK FOR YOURSELF” & don’t underestimate what your brain tells you.

I have a live account already and will be sharing results on my journal website whenever I get to it which will be soon.

That Chris Capre interview (about 45 minutes in length) is quite interesting. Here’s a LINK to the YouTube version.

Glad to hear that you are following Chris Capre. I am also one of his followers. He got a trading forum here on Babypips.
Here it is.

Hello!I’m glad to to be part of the forum I hope I could share knowledge with you.

Thanks for posting the link Clint! I believe every new trader should listen to that to get a solid understanding of the reality of trading the markets.

One of the major things I learned from this interview is that what we see on charts is depiction of orders being placed. It shows order flow which is simply the process of (Banks, Hedge Funds etc) buying and selling.

That one nugget alone has helped me alone. If any of you watch and wish to share what you learned from it please do!

At about 11 min 45 sec into the video, Chris mentions a book titled The Hour Between Dog and Wolf, which I highly recommend.

Here’s a blurb which I posted on that book about 18 months ago: 301 Moved Permanently

The book is available on Amazon.com for less than 20 bucks.

Thanks for posting your link clint.

I have been reading that book for about a week now Clint. That is an amazing read! The one part that interests me a lot is how to stay calm under intense pressure. It’s the section on “Resilience”.

I suffered a traumatic even a few years ago and every time my body gets the same sensations as I did that day my body responds accordingly.

After reading up on that section I made it up in my mind that I need to learn how to relax my mind and body both in and out of trading. But overall its def a good read. I still have a few more pages to until I’m finished but I couldn’t be more pleased with that knowledge.
