its a very fine line which was " learn before earning " , actually without learning in this market place there is no way to keep survive successfully.
sometimes any good level of learning not works to make profit earning , there are so many reasons behind this. from all lack of practice is one of them.
for practice it is more appropriate to trade in a demo account even though most of us dont believe the importance of this trading place at all.

Welcome, you can start with babypips school. There you will get good idea about trading. Just remember one thing, forex trading requires specific knowledge and skills. You need to give time to achieve that.
