Welcome to the forums. What brought you to the forex market?

I thought I’d hi-jack this thread rather than making my own 
I too am new here and it’s great to see that there are others like me out there. I absolutely love this site, it has already taught me a lot. School of Pipsology!!!
I’ve been looking into Forex for the past month or so. Got myself a demo account with GoMarkets (just google it, I wasn’t sure if we were allowed to post links or not) and have been hammering away on that. I’ve also attended a few seminars that have come to town, one of them by Greg Secker and another by Andrew Barnett. Very interesting stuff, but I liked/preffered the idea of trying to learn myself, I find it more beneficial that way.
I’ve obtained a couple of books by Steve Nison along with a couple of videos on seminars he’s done and will watch those over the next week or so.
Any info you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated and thanks for giving me the opportunity to join the great community of BabyPips!!!
