Hello there! I’m Mike, and I’m currently from Manchester, England. I started on my forex journey earlier this year. I was fortunate enough to have a friend who had invested a lot of money in to a course to be their secondary invitee. Whilst I started the course and gained a good insight to the markets and how it all worked, I had to stop due to other commitments. I thought I’d get back up and running again but start from scratch and regain a bit of knowledge again with the babypips school
I know I’m never going to be making £1,000’s upon £1,000’s a day. I get that. I’m a realist. What I do hope to gain is a skill that will last me a life time, knowledge, advice, and great company along the way. I know there is a lot of hard work involved, and a lot of patience (two things that I’m really not afraid of ).

I am also from Manchester England (Wilmslow). I used to attend Forex group in central Manchester before Covid19. If you are aware of any groups planning meetings again, please do let me know.
Funnily enough, I was seeking the same kind of thing, so we’re rowing in the same boat . I’ll definitely keep an eye open and let you know if I manage to see any events. Please do the same for myself, also!

Edit, a link to Manchester Traders Group. I tried to email them 2 weeks ago and did not see anything. Try joining as a new member and see if there are any meets planned.
Perfect! I’ve done the same for you also I’ve joined a few of them groups on Meetup. There is only three or four that are local though, unfortunately. It’d be nice to have an actual meet up, gather a few buddies, and learn and trade together. Seems like I’m in the right place though, definitely.

If you guys manage to find some Manchester’s traders group please shout me Aswell. I also tried the one @Mondeoman has shared, but I don’t think they are currently active.
