Plese i am finding it difficult to really identify a swing low and a swing high. can somebody help me pleae

A swing high is basically a sudden incline in price, swing low is a sudden decline in price which forms a mountain shape

Don’t get too crazy, trading is based on ideas that in most cases are wrong, get used to it.

so in a way, swings can be very subjective but you can use different tools to help you, like fractals or zigzag:

Sudden increase = swing high, sudden dip/retraction = swing low. That’s the basic definition, though investopedia provides a encyclopedic spin on it [no pun intended]
