Hi all, I’m here to learn how to fish in the Forex ocean and regularly retrieve a hearty bounty. I’m a newbie and have a long way to go, but I’m willing to learn.
Nice analogy!
Worth deciding what type of fish you are after and where to find them and what equipment will help you catch them.
Oh… and also worth learning how to avoid being swept overboard!
Yes, all of that!
Forex trading offers plenty of opportunities to its traders to make money through profits. But if you are not knowledgeable enough, you might not be able to make profits the way you want. Take baby steps in the beginning. Start off by focussing on the basics and then move ahead.
That’s something to think about a year or so after you’ve spent months learning about forex trading, what causes the volatility, what moves would help you stay afloat, and what needs to be avoided. Once you’re confident of having desired knowledge, start with demo account trading.
Welcome to the community, @joriggs. Just be patient as you go through the learning process and be consistent with your practice. Good luck.
