HFX learning from IM Academy?

Hello everyone. I’m not sure if this the proper place to ask about this, but we will see. I have been in this group for a little over a week now that does HFX trading and use IM Academy. I’ve seen some success with others, although I haven’t started live trading. What concerns me is I will have to pay nearly $200 a month to pay the monthly fee (I don’t want to recruit) and to pay for the Hourglass software they give that has Cashtrap. Cashtrap is known to be a very useful tool for HFX, so. Any suggestions? Would taking an independent, free route be better? Maybe use IM for what it’s worth first?

Haven’t heard much about them, but the fact you have to recruit doesn’t sit well with me. But that’s just me. And I found this earlier post about the same place I think.

Have a read. Sounds similar as it references a monthly fee. What else do you get for that?

I suppose I just don’t know if I should rely on them or free resources instead to learn HFX. I have read how it is really difficult to self-educate with HFX, but have also read about those who did better with that approach.

Yea, that’s a good point. Structure definitely helps, but at that monthly cost, I don’t know. I’d seek out more reviews first. That $200 a month just sounds crazy to me!
