Hello, I have just started studying forex with babypips. I want to open a demo account and then continue trading with the same broker. Can anyone tell me any good broker to trade with from NZ please? I was interested in Oanda but apparently they don’t provide services for NZ. Your reply will be much appreciated.

Hey I m still studying from babypips and looking for a broker. At this stage can’t give you any tips������. Which platform are you using for demo?
Haven’t even got a demo platform yet, I assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that it was wise to learn on the demo account your broker provides for familiarity. again, any tips there?
I was looking at CMC Markets… award winning platform apparently. I too am still studying Babypips, currently in" Middle School".

Hello I live in Dunedin I originally grew up in Tauranga but I moved down and married a southerner.
I have an account with Capital Index they are excellent I have been trading live with them for a couple months now after demo trading for around a year with a couple other brokers.
I have nearly finished Pip School its great and the learning is addictive!
Babypips is absolutely amazing with a wealth of knowledge.
I do have a few tips.
If you haven’t yet read Trading in the zone by Mark Douglas or get the audiobook.
One thing that has helped my trading results is listening to classical music it keeps me focused and my emotions in check when I’m trading. (Im usually into the heavier music but there’s something about classical music.)

Kezzanator, nice to hear from someone not too far ahead of me on the trading journey. I’m assuming if you’ve taken the plunge into live trading your demo account was looking positive, congrats.
I’m quite excited about the possibilities but by crikey there’s a swarm of information out there! So for now its study study study, i’ll look for Mark Douglas’ audiobook too.
