High leverage and accepting US clients? regulated or not

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a broker that:

  1. Accepts US clients
  2. has high leverage, minimum 100:1
  3. regulated or not, but has a good reputation
  4. has advanced platform like cTrader or similar, NOT MT4 or MT5

second question: Does day trading rule apply if the account is with offshore broker?

we the traders should choose the broker which is more appropriate to the concept of trading that will be used , if love doing scalping , should choose the broker which allows trading concept such as this.

Not that have cTrader tbh. Know of quite a few that have MT4 though. Worth checking out this thread and asking as they have a good library of brokers that are offshore unregulated with good rep.

Almost knew of a perfect one but they use MT4, hope you find one though!
