Are you asking about earning money from just forex or in general? Because you will not be able to make easy money with forex, it takes years to learn and start making consistency profit.

Work more hours. Be the most essential team member. Avoid partying. Be a part of the company.
Watch how people trade long-term using daily charts, entry orders and exit orders. Get a demo account and trial the simplest most objective strategy you can find. The idea is to learn how to learn how to select and run a strategy, why it doesn’t work as well as it should, what can go wrong and how it could work better for you.
Work hard on trading, work more hours at Wendy’s.

Its a good time to start learning forex( provided you really have some interest in it), So that you can start trading by the time you are 18. Till then focus on understanding concepts related to forex and don’t rush.
It’s great to see your initiative even at such a young age! 
Forex won’t be easy, and you’d probably need to save more money to open an account, but there are lots of free learning materials available online! Good luuuck!
