Being an expert is same across all fields and parallel in all characteristics. An expert is simply some one who displays the depth of understanding beyond armatures who may possess the basic understanding. An expert trader may trade the exact same strategy as novice and achieve much better result through the refinement of his practice. Even within experts there are divisions based on their specialties. So in my opinion to become an expert is to specialize, find a style of trading that you understand and push the understanding beyond your peers.
Learning and a lot of practice is the key to anything.
So with forex - learn everything (leave no stones unturned) and try a view the market differently from everyone else.
I can see that forex traders just seem to go with the flow and not try to come up with new ways of trading. You need to think outside the box.

Many times we do see that the markets are not moving in the direction we have thought and this is why some of the trading systems will fail…
I think one important thing that we need to have for us to be one of expert trader is knowledge, because of it, we can know the flow of the market and can create effective and profitable plans in trading.
Knowing how to apply your knowledge, as much as you have it, is more important, in my opinion. You could’ve read all the forex-related books in the world but if you can use it in an opportune moment to make a profit that knowledge becomes worthless, unfortunately.

Although anyone an joined forex but not mean all will become expert trader, each trader i think they have different skill in forex, but if you can learn well and having guidelines from expert trader still possible to making better result in your trades as long as also keep discipline

Yes need keep motivation and high dedication to survive in forex business, because this business is not easy, making profit in trading not always will become true and loss stil as part in trading but of course we will learn better how to making better analysis
