I would expect MT5 to be just the same, you will the answers to this on the mql.com site, as far as automated trading goes, it will only ever work to an extent, you will in effect be able to trade profitably without one before you can understand how to use it, which then when you can trade anyway, it becomes quite pointless, that is my personal view.
