HOw can I remove an EA from MT4?

I need to remove an EA from MT4 without going to windows folder…is it possible?

Navigator Tab in MT4 > Click EA’s > Right click an EA > Delete.
Also have to go into the directory folder via “my computer > program files > MT4 > Experts” and delete the EA from here also as it will stay here even after removing via the MT4 platform.
